Rhonda Willingham is an expert in designing and positioning effective population health sales and marketing product execution plans and go-to-market launches as a fractional/interim executive for growing digital healthcare companies. During her 25-plus-year career in healthcare, she has partnered with healthcare providers and health plans to drive clinical and financial results while improving the health and lives of patients. Her executive leadership roles have led the identification, analysis, and implementation of strategic population health and value-driven solutions for health plans, employers, and providers. She has successfully executed enterprise growth strategies that drove profitable revenue. Rhonda led teams in the areas of business development, marketing, client management, product development, and operations. Rhonda’s practice is focused on business revenue growth, including business development/sales and corporate/product marketing. Professional Affiliations include Women’s Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), Break into the Boardroom, Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) and Advanced Technology Development Center of Georgia Tech (ATDC). Rhonda received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and remains a huge Gator fan.

Dr. Rahul Singal has 20+ years of healthcare experience as a CMO, CEO, scientist, practicing internist and health care information technology entrepreneur. He is currently engaged as an advisor to Digital Health companies that are focused on developing and marketing solutions to health plans and providers that drive the Triple Aim of improved health outcomes, lower costs and increased member experience. From 2021 to 2023, he was CMO of Avalon Healthcare Solutions, a laboratory benefit manager, and led product innovation and clinical oversight. During his time, the company increased its customer base from 5 health plans to over 20 health plans. Prior to Avalon, Rahul was CMO of ZeOmega from 2018 to 2021 during which time the company grew revenue by 20% and profits by 50%. From 2015 to 2017, he was Chief Medical Officer of DST Health where he led product innovation and clinical oversight for the company's 2 health care divisions. DST Health provided pharmacy, medical claims processing and analytics for over 100 health plan customers covering over 50 million beneficiaries. From 2000 to 2015, Rahul was founder and co-founder in several healthcare technology companies primarily focused on improving health outcomes for patients, physicians and payers. Two of these companies were recognized by Inc 500 as the fastest growing companies in the U.S. ranking #25 in 2008 and #103 in 2013 respectively. Rahul is a graduate of Stanford Medical School and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine. During his years at Stanford, he also conducted 3 years of molecular biology research in an HIV vaccine laboratory where he learned the value of questioning the status quo and dogma based upon limited data and excessive assumptions.
